Banana and Dark Chocolate Bars

Ingredients
Banana: 100 g
Dark chocolate: 30 g
Oat bran or wheat bran: 15 g
All-purpose flour: 15 g
Rolled oats: 30 g
Baking powder: 1/2 tsp (approx. 4 g)
Whey protein powder: 30 g
Raisins: 20 g
Dark chocolate for coating: 80 g
How to prepare

Soak the raisins in warm water.

Mash the banana with a fork into a puree.

Combine protein powder, bran, oats, flour, baking powder, and chopped chocolate in a bowl.

Add the drained raisins and mashed banana, mixing into a soft batter.

Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, spread the mixture evenly to form a layer about 2 cm thick.

Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes, then cool and cut into 6 bars.

Melt the chocolate for coating and dip each bar's base into it, then refrigerate to set.
