Soy milk: 320 g

Water: 320 g

Banana: 1

Raspberries: 10

Peanut butter: 2 tablespoons

Chestnut honey: 1 tablespoon

Poppy seeds: to taste

Fine salt: 1 teaspoon

How to prepare

In a saucepan, combine the soy milk, water, oats, and salt.

Sweeten with honey, stir, and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes until the porridge absorbs the liquid and becomes soft.

Peel the banana and slice it. Wash and halve the raspberries.

Transfer the porridge to a bowl and add the poppy seeds.

Top with the banana, raspberries, and peanut butter.
